Raphael Jost, who comes from Thurgau, is a singer, pianist, songwriter, arranger and bandleader – all in one! Even before he won the Swiss Jazz Award in 2015, he ranked among the outstanding young talents on the Swiss jazz scene. Now aged 27, Jost feels equally at home with jazz and pop. The programme mainly features Raphael Jost's own songs: captivating swing numbers and melancholy jazz ballads alternate with catchy pop songs and cool hip-hop beats.
