Up until 24 hours prior to the booked appointment, you have the possibility to change or cancel it free of charge. For later cancellations, 50% are charged, in case of no show, 100%.
Please arrive in the waiting area in front of the massage room about 10 minutes before the treatment so that you can already relax before it begins.
Prepare your body
Start with a warm shower so that your body can relax. Always enter our various saunas while you are dry, to obtain the best possible effect. You will find your Seepark bathrobe and slippers in your wardrobe. Soft fluffy sauna towels are ready for you in the spa area. The wellness oasis is a clothing-free area.
Drink sufficient water. A good water balance will help your body to benefit from the detoxifying effect of your treatment.

During a treatment
Let the medical masseuse know about any special medical conditions; she will be glad to meet your personal requests. The right music, the ideal oil or the room temperature you want – we shall do everything to turn your visit into a perfect experience. During the treatment, "silence is golden".
