Depending on the day of the week and the occasion, you can expect different culinary experiences – from uncomplicated classics to special experiences in Centric Dining.
Like many businesses in the hotel industry, we are also feeling the effects of the ongoing shortage of skilled workers. In order to ensure the usual quality and a harmonious guest experience, we have made specific adjustments to our culinary offerings from 8 September to 2 November 2025. Please note the corresponding opening hours and offerings.

A very special highlight awaits you: Centric Dining
At Centric Dining, Seepark presents a format that deliberately focuses on the essentials. No overloaded fine dining, but a clear culinary experience with excellent ingredients and an attentive but relaxed atmosphere.
The dishes, orchestrated by head chef Sascha Spring, impress with their authentic flavours, seasonality and precision in preparation. The focus is on the guests and the shared experience at the table. The multi-course menu invites you to enjoy a special experience.
