CHEF‘S TABLE BY SUSU
You take a seat right in the kitchen. It sizzles and hisses in the background. If you wish, you can stroll through the kitchen while the kitchen team conjures up a wide variety of delicacies on your plate and occasionally reveals a personal insider tip.
The standard of the gourmet journey is high, but still down-to-earth. A carrot remains a carrot, but supposedly familiar dishes that immediately conjure up an image are reinterpreted and promise many a surprise.
Behind SUSU is the young chef and food artist, Sascha Spring, for whom it is a matter of course to use and transform regional and seasonal products.
