Curious to see what happens when a creative chef opens the doors of his kitchen? At the Chef's Table by SUSU, cooking becomes a show, flavour becomes a journey and the kitchen becomes a stage. Sascha Spring, our young chef and food artist, invites you and your guests to look over his shoulder.

On the plate: The best of the region, boldly combined and skilfully presented. On the tongue: Surprise and emotion. At the table: an experience you won't forget in a hurry.
