Depending on the day of the week and the occasion, you can expect different culinary experiences – from uncomplicated classics to special experiences in Centric Dining.
Like many businesses in the hotel industry, we are also feeling the effects of the ongoing shortage of skilled workers. In order to ensure the usual quality and a harmonious guest experience, we have made specific adjustments to our culinary offerings from 8 September to 2 November 2025. CENTRIC DINING
You can enjoy our 5- or 7-course tasting menu every Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 6 and 8 pm and by reservation only.
